We stayed there for a week. The apartment was very clean and luxurious. Alberto and his staff took very good care of us and made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend to any traveler coming through Medellin stay in one of his apartments. The rates are reasonable for the services (like 24 hour security) that come with the property. The apartment was perfectly situated along side the beach with amazing views. The cab ride to the Old City is about 5 minutes and to Bocagrande is about 8 minutes. The apartment is brand new and the vacinities are top notch. The poolside area is huge and the infinity pool adds a nice touch. The apartment itself is beautiful. Queen size beds with beautiful views in each room equipped with TV's. Air conditioners that functioned well in each room. From the living room, you can walk outside to the beautiful ocean view balcony with tables and chairs and just watch the sun set. Albert and Sebastian are easily available if there are any questions or problems. I would recommend the stay here for singles, couples and even families.

I take a week off a month , for seventeen years now. I was in Cabo San Lucas Mex. (my favorite spot) friends told me about Medellin. I got connected through nephews to Albert and VIP. Came down in August 2011 for two weeks, had such a fabulous time that came back for my birthday for a week in Feb and again now in June another week. Sent my son here for six weeks to improve his spanish. I have fallen in love with Medellin and it's women. I stayed in this aprtment on may 5th to may 16th spectacular views as shown on the website but the best part was the customer service that they have Albert and Sebastian are the best they took me out vip style all the way, thanks for making my vacation so good saluttt.

Simply put staying at this 23rd floor penthouse with all the amenities such as spa, sauna steam room and not to mention a 360 degree view from the rooftop of all medellin made my first Medellin experience one to remember. But without our guide, and now friend Sebastian, we wouldn't the life long memories my friends and I will cherish for a lifetime. Kudos to Sebastian for making my first Medellin experience, muy excellente!! Thank you!

We had a great experience while staying in Medellin. The apartment has great views of the whole city and it is conveniently located near all main restaurants and bars. And the best part, the great customer service received by the property manager, it made the whole experience ten times better. We will definitely stay here again.

Apartment—top notch setup—rooms and bathrooms were perfect. Location—Very good—we could walk to most of the nice places, and when we had to take taxis the fares  we not bad. Service—excellent—Albert took care of us, and was accessible when needed. Overall, nothing bad to report!

The best thing about the apartment is the location – blocks away from parque lleras yet so private and peaceful to get a great rest after parties. The view is amaing, love the blue lights in the bedrooms for romantic dates, very comfortable, just top of the notch everything!! Really enjoyed my stay the only bad thing was leaving lol. Albert and Sebastian were also very attentive in case of any needs. Thanks guys for a great vacation. Hope to see u very soon!

The Views left me breathless . . . . . . . . . . . Super modern everything updated so close to parquet llenas where u can find nice dining and good clubs. Albert and his staff helped me in every way answer all of my questions had a reserves table at once of The hottest clubs in Medellin Another thing I will add is The palce is so nicely done The blue lights all of My dates loved it very romantic and high class. For sure I will go back and use his services. This is an awesome apartment with all the amenities….beautiful views of the City of Medellin…very modern and cozy. The owner and his assistants are great always available for anything you need. If you do not stay in this place you will miss a fantastic place for less than the best hotel in Medellin. You can walk to Parque Lleras and also walk to Pomona a local supermarket chain for your groceries needs.

I have to say, this is a great apartment. Very nice, clean and located in the middle of everywhere. The view is spectacular. So gar this is the best place I have stayed in. the photos on the webpage are true to the actual apartment and to be honest it looked better in person. I will book this place on my next trip. In addition to the apartment service provided was great. In one word……..AWESOME!!

Myself and four friends rented out the house for a week over Labor Day weekend. Nothing but good things to say. The ladies who took care of the house during the day made sure that the house was always clen and Edwin, the night security, helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The night security is a very friendly and great guy to have around. The pictures don’t do the house justice. All of the rooms were good size, nice flat screens everywhere, pool table and the backyard was perfect for entertaining. We were even able to blast our music all night without any kind of problems from anyone. If you are looking for a very centrally located house to get away for a week and have a good time, this is a great place to it. The owner is very professional and we had no problems whatsoever. I highly suggest the house. We rent beautiful houses all over Latin America and I would have to say that this one takes the cake. Thanks again

12 of my closest friends and myself headed to Medellin for the “Feria de las Flores”; none of us had been there and were looking for a good time. This house was exactly what we needed, all the descriptions and pictures are accurate. During the day you have a full time maid service and receptionist who can help you with cabs or any questions you might have; during the night there is a secutiy guard who is friendly and will also help you with any questions. The owner visits constantly to see how things are going, he helps you with any questions you might have about the city and recommends anything you might have doubts about. The property was always clean and everything worked well. I have and would recommened this property to all of my friends, it is vey close to Paruqe Lleras and a number of restaurants, shops and casinos. All in all, I give the house and manager/owner 5 stars. We are definitely going back during our next trip to Medellin.

I would highly recommend this property for the tourist or business traveler alike. To begin with, the owner of the property for the tourist of business traveler alike. To begin with, the owner of the property made himself readily available for answering any questions. At one point a Nicaraguan traveler in our group needed ‘letter of invitation’ to apply for a Colombia VISA, and by the next day the owner had scanned a notarized letter to me. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Upon arriving to the property, which is nestled in the beautiful and upscale El Poblado neighborhood, we were greete by Cruz, who is the day employee who helps with any cleaning or questions, and cooking if you need it. She has a beautiful personality and does everything with a smile. The owner of this property has a whole team of people who helped us out throughout our stay, and we were so impressed with the level of service and attentiveness. Edwin the night time security was very professional and extremely trustworthy, while Mauricio and Edwin The IceMan made themselves available in case we had any transportation or miscellaneous needs. They knew about the parties, good night spots, etc. The property itself left nothing to be desired. Its about 10-15 minutes from Parque Lleras walking, or a quick 3 minute cab ride. The supermarket is a quick 5 minute walk. There is a big upscale mall about 20 minutes walking. The neighborhood is very green, extremely clean, safe and welcoming. We rented the entire house for our stay there and made frequent use of the pool table, TV, and music system. On one occasion we had some locals over for a party, and they were really impressed with the fountain and look of the house. The bedrooms were all squeaky clean, with A/C. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and very clean. Overall, we had a great experience here and I would recommend this location to any traveler. You will save lots of money and have a better time versus staying at a hotel. I did a lot of searching around prior to finding this property, and am glad to say I was extremely happy to have found it.

I have never been to Colombia before, however staying in this house and its amazing location, I can not wait to return. My friends and I rented out the entire place for a long weekend and we took advantage of everything. The house is set up really well, and the hospitality is awesome too. My friends and I have not stopped speaking about the trip or about where we got to stay. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Medellin. I am definitely coming back!
