All of our apartments are clean and modern fully furnished and fully equipped with towels, linen and sheets, free high speed wi-fi and internet, flat screens with cable and dvd players, local and some international calls, pots, pans, untensils, knifes, cups, plates, microwave, and all other kitchen appliances, washers, king and queen size beds, 24 hour secuirty, and much more. This deposit is not part of the rent and it is returned the first Tuesday after you check out once we see the apartment is in the same condition. There are NO RETURNS for cancellations especially in high seasons (some exceptions), and police or administration complaints for huge parties or absurd noise or commotions. There is a $25 cleaning fee to have the apartment cleaned and ready for the next rental. Payments are done in cash or credit card (4% is added for credit card process). Everyone must check in prior to arrival to have them registered with secuirty and administration to allow you to enter and leave as you please.
